T.H.E. Van

Using a mobile van, our team connects with at-risk youth in communities and settings that are often underserved or difficult to reach, including rural areas and community-based locations such as youth centers and shelters. Rather than expecting young people to navigate complex systems, we meet them where they are.

Our team is made up of mental health and substance use counselors with extensive backgrounds in crisis de-escalation, low-barrier engagement, and community-based support. All services are grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by harm reduction principles, with an emphasis on safety, dignity, and voluntary participation.

All youth aged 16 through 25 are eligible to receive services. Insurance is not required, though services may be billed for youth enrolled in Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

As this program continues to develop, our schedule and service locations may evolve to reflect community needs.

At present, mobile outreach services are available:
Wednesdays and Fridays, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hosea Youth Center, 834 Monroe Street, Eugene Oregon
